Natural Bridge Caverns

We stopped by the Natural Bridge Caverns on our way down to San Antonio.  We had a picnic lunch and then went on a tour down, down, down into the humid and moist cavern.  The boys had lots of fun seeing all of the stalactites and stalagmites, columns, curtains, pools of water, etc.  And they had a blast being with their buddies!

Daddy and the boys!
All 6 boys!  Seth, Daniel, and Luke; Jacob, Caleb and Noah

Creek Fun

We took the boys all down to play and have dinner at the Salado creek.  They had a great time playing and splashing in the water.  They found minnows and frogs.  They climbed on the rocks and a mermaid statue.  They had lots of fun in the chilly creek water!  I love that young boys are easily entertained -- just by being outdoors!

The best picture of all 6 little guys -- busy little bodies!

 Sweet friends!!

 Silly Luke!

Good Friends!

We were blessed to have a fun park playdate with lots of great friends.  We had the Sadowski family in town visiting with us -- they were back in Texas for a trip and came to Temple to see some old friends.  Several of our good friends will be moving this June -- a sad part of living in a place like Temple (with the residency program and the army base close-by, there is alot of moving - in and out).

With 7 families represented, we had a total of 20 kiddos (plus 2 on the way!)  Lots of fun at one of our favorite parks!
Left to Right:
Jessica Sadowski, Brooke Groves, Stephanie White, Allison Ball, me, Dee Blackwell, and Kristy Larkin

We are so thankful for a great group of mommy and kiddo friends and will definitely keep up despite the miles between us!  (Thank goodness for email and facebook!!)

A Turtle and Kittens

We went fishing at a little park pond that the city of Temple stocked with catfish.  The only thing we caught was a big soft-shell turtle!  Ha -- Luke thought it was a "big one" as he was reeling it in, because it really put up a fight.  We were surprised that a turtle ate our stink bait!

We have 2 little black and white kittens now -- they are super cute and lots of fun to pet and love on.  The boys have been doing a good job taking care of them!  (Since we live out in the country, we have had some snakes and mice, so we are hoping these 2 can help with that problem!)

Baby Girl 3D/4D

We had our 3D/4D ultrasound for our baby girl!  We have decided on a name for her too!!!
Abigail Riley Anderson!
It was so fun getting to see her, see how much she has grown and watch her move all around.  She was a very active little girl... kicking, punching, rolling, blinking, sticking her tongue out, etc.  The boys thought it was great to see her up on the TV screen.
She is ~30 weeks now... weighing ~3 pounds, and ~15.5 inches long.  She is looking like a healthy little bundle of joy!  And we are so blessed to have her join our family soon!

And just for fun, here are the boys' 3D ultrasound pics -- she definitely looks like one of the family!!!  I wonder who she will resemble the most... can't wait to see!

May Fun

We have had more fun in May playing outside on most days and burning off energy in the warm Texas sun!
We went to the Stillhouse Hollow beach to play in the lake and look for seashells.  The boys had fun and didn't mind the chilly water!

Cheeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!

 Working together in the sand
 Daniel running!

Seth playing with his Elmo furry "gloves" -- they sing little songs and he dances and laughs!

Belly shot -- baby Abby growing... ~27-28 weeks

The boys all playing together -- building with Legos and Playmobile toys!  I love that they play together and entertain each other! (sometimes, anyways!)

May has been another busy month -- not too many pictures this time, I guess we are too busy having fun!
